Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 1:17PM Before doing annual inspections this year, I was planning on having a secret contest to award 3 people "the cleanest apartment award" but after doing inspections I realized that I have 5 of them that I cannot decide who was cleaner, so I ended up giving out 5 awards this year, We think it is wonderful that these residents care enough about their home that they keep it clean and we are saying "Congratulations to you five winners of the cleanest apartment award, we are proud of you and Thank you so much!
